Aneil is a practicing kinesiologist born and raised in Richmond, BC. He graduated from UBC with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology.

Aneil is registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and he has Standard First Aid training (Standard First Aid – with CPR-C-AED).

Aneil is inspired by the resilience of his family, friends and clients. He understands that progress requires not only discipline but consistency as well. He believes that choosing both is choosing a healthy lifestyle, one that can be set as an example for others to follow.
What Led Them Here
Throughout his childhood, teenage years, and now adult life, Aneil has consistently played sports and lived a healthy lifestyle, and his experiences being active naturally sparked his interest in studying the human body. Having plenty of coaching and volunteer experience amongst varying age groups, Aneil understands that each person is different, and he uses a unique and personalized approach for treating all of his clients.
Personal Life
When he is not providing active rehab, Aneil can be found out in the community either running, hiking, snowboarding, swimming, playing soccer, playing hockey, doing mixed martial arts, doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or working out in a gym setting. Aneil enjoys music, movies, being in nature, and good times with his family and close friends.
