The ergonomic assessment provided by Swift Health was thorough and provided some great suggestions to support our team member. The report was detailed and gave both behavioural and engineering recommendations, and ideas on how these could be implemented. Katie, our OT, was responsive, kind, and a great subject matter expert. We are very pleased with our first experience with Swift Health!

Adam was very helpful with my recovery and helped me find therapeutic treatment methods. He was very nice and understanding.
He is really professional, helping and co-operative person. With me he is always listening, asking me about my health concerns and guides me through education material.
Adam is really in tune with what’s going and I feel comfortable communicating with him and discussing my situation. He shows empathy and is genuine when discussing my progress. I would highly recommend him

I’m not sure if 1 is excellent or 5 is excellent ??? But I would definitely give Yeily an excellent mark. When she says she is going to call she calls. When she says she will be here at 11:00, she just here at 11:00. She is very understanding and explains her ideas in a way I can understand. I enjoy ate time together.

Yes. Our OTs are experienced in concussion rehab, often working as part of a multidisciplinary team with physiotherapists, speech therapists, kinesiologists, and counsellors. We are also a registered provider under ICBC’s Early Access Concussion Recovery (EACR) program.
Many of our clients are covered under:
ICBC (after a car accident)
WorkSafeBC
Extended health benefits
Employer or school benefit plans
BC Housing’s RAHA program (for home modifications)
We can help you check your eligibility and handle direct billing when possible.
Absolutely. Our mobile therapists provide in-home services throughout Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond, and New Westminster. In-home therapy is ideal for seniors, post-surgery clients, and families with young children. It also allows us to assess your real-life environment and tailor recommendations.
Yes! We offer pediatric occupational therapy both in our Surrey clinic and, in some cases, through home visits. Our OTs help with handwriting, sensory processing, attention difficulties, coordination, and more. We also work closely with speech therapists to support children with communication or feeding concerns.
Some clients benefit most when therapy happens right in their own environment. Our mobile occupational therapists travel across Surrey and the Lower Mainland to assess and treat clients where they live. This makes therapy more relevant and accessible — especially for:
Seniors and older adults with mobility issues
Parents of children who do better in familiar spaces
Individuals recovering from surgery or brain injuries
Our in-home services include:
Safety assessments
Equipment recommendations
Home adaptation reports
Task-specific training in your bathroom, kitchen, or workspace
Occupational therapists (OTs) help people of all ages regain or develop the skills they need for daily life. At Swift Health in Surrey, our OTs support clients through customized treatment plans focused on independence, mobility, and participation — at home, at school, or at work.
We work with clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or living with physical or cognitive challenges. Our therapists provide support for:
Pain and fatigue management
Mobility and balance difficulties
Fine and gross motor coordination
Cognitive strategies for memory and attention
Sensory processing and emotional regulation
If you’re struggling with tasks like getting dressed, using the kitchen safely, returning to work, or helping your child focus in the classroom, an OT can help.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis or referral to book with us. Many people start with an assessment simply because something in their daily routine has become harder — and that’s exactly what OTs are trained to help with.
We’re happy to answer your questions and explain how occupational therapy could support your goals.
