What Led Them Here
In my childhood, I was involved in highly competitive sports and trying to find time to balance between family, education, and friends. As I got older, I noticed my grandparents' health started to rapidly decline as they were slowly participating less in physical activity. After some falls, I started to see their health rapidly depreciate over time, which motivated me to help others live longer and healthier life through the integration of an exercise routine. I strive to help the older population understand the importance of having an exercise routine on their well-being. My goal is to help them experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits from exercise, so they can ultimately improve their daily living tasks and promote longevity.
