Mays is an Occupational Therapist at Swift Health, her lively character has landed her the role of Social Coordinator of the team and has recently been added to the mentorship program as an assistant mentor.
Mays graduated from uOttawa with a degree in Kinesiology and went on to study Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Mays is a Registered Occupational Therapist and a member of the College of Occupational Therapy of British Colombia, as well as the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy.
Mays is most inspired by her parents who moved to Canada with the main goal of a better, more independent life for their daughters.
Mays' personal experience with chronic pain and OT are her primary motivators to help her client overcome the hardships of chronic illness management, both mental and physical, and improving their quality of life.
