Amanda is a registered occupational therapist with College of Occupational Therapists of British Colombia (COTBC) and with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).

Amanda completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2022. Throughout her Occupational Therapy placements, she worked with individuals across the lifespan ranging from pediatric to geriatric age groups. Although Amanda's placements spanned a variety of settings including rehabilitation hospitals and long-term care facilities, her favourite experiences were working in the community where her clients were most at home.

Creating opportunities for the support and inclusion of individuals of all abilities is Amanda's passion. She believes everyone deserves to have people in their lives who take the time to brighten their day, who support and encourage them to grow, and to bring about positive life-changing experiences. Making someone’s day even a little happier is highly motivating for Amanda. She also enjoys collaborating with teams and finds working with diverse populations rewarding.
