When I was first introduced to Katie, I was skeptical with working out again. I tried many attempts before and felt nauseous due to my concussion. I experienced muscle loss from not working out. I gained weight and felt insecure and hopeless about getting back into shape. Katie was patient and continued to work with me weekly on my fitness goals. She listened to my needs and focused on areas that I needed to build muscle strength and endurance. I started to feel confident again. I would recommend Katie to my friends.
